Training program 2013
Be a Better Runner is a cutting edge exercise science and practical training program designed to make you a faster and stronger runner.
Based on the best selling book by legendary distance runner, tri athlete and coach, Sally Edwards, Be A Better Runner combines Heart Zones Training, form training, proper stretching, how to eat well and eat right to fuel properly, and how to run less to run better by incorporating cross training, plus much more.
This fun, personalized 8 week program is for those who want to take their running to a new level and learn how to be a better runner and use real data to track your fitness progress. Minimum requirement: ability to run 25 minutes continuously, a heart rate monitor (with chest strap – if you need one, stop in and ask our staff about the heart rate monitors we carry) and the book Be A Better Runner.

The program launches Jan 21st with a Meet The Coach session on Jan 7 at 6:45pm. Training includes group meetings on Monday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm at a local track and a weekly training guide.
