Fleet Feet Sports Performance Program develops personalized training programs that are derived from the athletes current ability level, upcoming race schedule and performance goals after factoring in such elements as the availability of time to train, family and social responsibilities and work schedules.
Train for any Marathon or Half for late October through Disney in January
Training programs will include 2 groups to acomodate multiple schedules and multiple races. Training for Late Fall / Winter marathons begins in July and costs $165. Coached sessions will be 2 days per week with an additional training day open option. OUr training group utilizes track and speed workouts in addition to longer runs.
